• Your telephone, mobile or fax number
• Payment information, such as credit card numbers and bank details
• The IP address you have used
3.) Legitimate interest, legal basis and purposes of processing:
Our legitimate interest is to provide you with information about our company and our products on our website. If you wish to use our website, we must be able to process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 f) GDPR. Therefore, we process your data in connection with this website, for example:
• to provide you with various ways to contact us

• to provide you with our newsletter at your own request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR)
• to provide you with information about our company and our products
• to provide you with directions if required
• to enable us to process your application documents (§ 26 Para. 1 BDSG new version)
4.) How do we process personal data when you visit our website?
Some services and functions of our website require personal data in order to function. In the following, we will inform you about the services and functions used to process your personal data.
4.1) Hosting and provider services:
The hosting and provider services we use are necessary to ensure the technical provision and smooth operation of our website, including the following:
• Infrastructure and platform services
• Computer capacity, storage and database services
• Safety and technical maintenance functions
• Provider services for connection establishment
4.2) Access data and protocol data:
Our server stores access data in "server log files" (log data). Access data is automatically sent by your terminal device, e.g. your computer or mobile device, via a browser and your Internet provider each time you interact with our website server. The access data includes, among other things:
• The URL and name of the retrieved file
• The date and time of retrieval
• Transferred data volume
• Message about successful and unsuccessful retrievals (HTTP response code)
• Which browser you are using
• Which type of terminal device you are using, e.g. computer or smartphone
• Operating system information, e.g. Windows or Mac
• Referrer URL, i.e. the previously visited page
• External links accessed by the user's system via our website
• The Internet service provider of the user
• Your IP address and the requesting Internet provider
We use this log data without assignment to you personally, but for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of our website, and also to record the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and type of use of our website and services.
We can provide personalised content on the basis of this information and graphically adapt our website to your terminal device and browser, analyse traffic, troubleshoot, correct errors and improve our services. IP addresses are stored in the server log files for a limited period of time. We reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files and to store IP addresses if we have a concrete suspicion of a criminal offence in connection with the use of our website, or if we are obliged to do so by law or by a court order.
This is also in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para. 1 clause 1 f) GDPR.
4.3) Security, encryption and availability
We make every effort to ensure the security of your data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities. Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted. This applies both to your visit to our website and to your use of our contact form. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but point out that data transmission over the Internet may have security gaps. The complete protection of data against access by third parties is impossible. To secure your data, we maintain technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, which we constantly adapt to the state of the art. We cannot guarantee that our service will be available at a specific time. In particular, errors, interruptions or failures cannot be ruled out.
5.) Handling of your data in detail
We use session cookies to optimise our website. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and is temporarily stored on your hard drive. This file contains a "session ID", which can be used to assign various requests from your browser and the associated session. This allows your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser. We also use persistent cookies to a small extent, which remain on your terminal device and enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. These cookies are stored on your hard disk and are deleted automatically after the specified time. They last from one month to ten years.
The following data and information is stored in the cookies:
• Session ID
• Information about the number of visits to our website and use of individual functions
When cookies are activated, a session ID is assigned to them. Your personal data will not be assigned to this session ID. Your name, IP address or similar data that would allow the cookie to be assigned to you will not be stored in the cookie.
Based on cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymous information, for example, about whether you have agreed to the information provided on the homepage. You can adjust the settings in your browser so that you are informed in advance about setting cookies and decide in individual cases whether you want to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, or completely prevent cookies. This may limit or exclude the functionality of our website or other websites on your terminal device.
5.2) Google Analytics, Google Fonts and Google Maps
We have activated IP anonymisation on this website (anonymous IP) for this purpose. Your IP address will be truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and provide additional services associated with the use of the website and internet to the website operator.
The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google. You can prevent cookies from being saved by adjusting the settings on your browser software accordingly. You should be aware, however, that by doing so you may not be able to make full use of all the features on our website.
You can also prevent the transmission to Google of data generated by the cookie and data relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, you can click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie to prevent future collection by Google Analytics within this website (this opt-out cookie will only work on this browser and only for this domain. If you delete the cookies in your browser, you must click this link again):

We try to present our content in a platform-independent and consistent, graphically appealing, fast and correct way. To this end, we use external fonts from Google Fonts on this website. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). When you visit our website, your browser loads the fonts from an external Google server in the USA. Your IP address and information about the website you are visiting are transmitted to the Google server. If your browser is configured not to support Google Web Fonts or to block access, our content will be displayed in a standard font which is available to you.
We integrate a Google Maps plug-in on individual pages to provide you with directions to locations (e.g. trade fair presentations). When you access these individual pages, information from our website and your IP address are transmitted to the Google server in the USA. Even if you use the Google Maps plug-in to get directions to a specific destination, the address that you enter will be transferred to Google.

The logging of the application and the recipient's address are stored as long as an interest is, or has been, shown in the proof of the consent originally given, as a rule, these are the limitation periods for civil claims, thus a maximum of three years.
The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent according to the terms of this agreement. Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7 Para. 2 No. 3 UWG (German Law against Unfair Competition). The legal basis for logging the registration is our legitimate interest in proving that the dispatch was carried out with your consent. You can cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A written notice to the contact information listed under section 1 (e.g. email, fax, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. For this purpose, we need your email address with which you have subscribed to our newsletter.
